Service Description

Muscle activation, and plyometrics with a friend! This class is designed to improve overall athletic performance, increase rotational power for sports like golf, baseball, tennis, and more, and prevent injuries by strengthening the core and improving flexibility. Participants can expect to work on exercises that target the muscles involved in rotational movements, such as the obliques, transverse abdominis, glutes, and hip flexors. By incorporating a variety of exercises and movements, participants can expect to see improvements in their power, speed, and agility.
